1. Written Signature

1.1 Offline Store

You may visit designated booking outlets of Youzai Travel to complete payment and sign the travel contract in person.

1.2 Fax

We will send you the stamped contract via fax or email scanned copy. You shall sign and send it back within 24 hours upon receipt, or within the time frame required by our company. The contract shall take effect immediately after we receive your signed reply.

2. E-Signature Online

If you make payment through our official website, you may review the contract terms, supplementary clauses and other relevant provisions prior to checkout. Once you tick the box of "I have read and agree to all contract terms, supplementary clauses, insurance clauses and other provisions" and complete payment, both parties shall be deemed to have recognized the contract and agreed to perform it accordingly.

3. Alternative Confirmation Methods

If written confirmation cannot be completed within 24 hours after we send the contract or within our specified time limit, you may confirm the contract via phone call, SMS or email. Payment completion shall constitute mutual recognition and execution of the contract.

4. Order Modification, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please contact our customer service representative if you need to amend or cancel your submitted order. Any modification or cancellation after successful payment will be processed in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
Refunds for bank transfer or Alipay payments will be returned to the original account within 3 to 7 working days normally.
Credit card refunds will be processed back to the original credit card within 5 to 10 working days normally.

All handling fees incurred from order modification or cancellation due to personal reasons shall be borne by the customer, including inter-bank transfer fees, Alipay service charges and other relevant charges.
