Day 1
Day 1: Arrival in Zhangjiajie & Tianmen Mountain Tour | Accommodation: Wulingyuan District
Arrive in Zhangjiajie by flight or high-speed train. Our local tour guide will greet you and arrange private transfer to Tianmen Mountain (Heaven’s Gate Mountain), a landmark 5A-level scenic spot of Zhangjiajie. Start with a scenic cable car ride offering panoramic views of rolling mountain ranges. Explore the core attractions one by one: the world-famous Tianmen Cave, the highest natural mountain-penetrating arch globally with a height of 131.5 meters; the thrilling Coiling Dragon Cliff Glass Skywalk built on sheer cliffs at an altitude of 1,400 meters; the 999-step Heavenly Ladder leading straight to the cave; and Yunmeng Fairy Peak, the mountain’s highest point for 360° panoramic mountain views. You may also visit the ancient Tianmen Mountain Temple to experience serene Buddhist culture. After the full-day sightseeing, check into the hotel in Wulingyuan District for a good rest.

Day 2: Tianzi Mountain & Yuanjiajie Scenic Area (Breakfast included) | Accommodation: Wulingyuan District
After a hearty hotel breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Take the one-way cable car to ascend Tianzi Mountain, known as the “Fairyland of Peaks”. Visit classic scenic spots: Imperial Writing Brush Peaks, the iconic landscape of Tianzi Mountain with clustered pillar-shaped peaks resembling ancient imperial writing brushes; Dianjiangtai Viewing Platform, a perfect spot to overlook the layered peak forest; and He Long Park, a themed scenic area showcasing local revolutionary culture and mountain scenery. Later, transfer to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. Walk along the cliffside plank road to visit No.1 Bridge Under Heaven, a natural stone bridge spanning two steep peaks, and Lost Soul Platform, a prime viewing spot for breathtaking valley vistas. End the tour with a downhill ride on the one-way Bailong Elevator, the world’s tallest outdoor sightseeing elevator, and admire the iconic Hallelujah Mountain (South Sky Pillar), the prototype of the floating mountain in *Avatar*. Stay overnight in Wulingyuan District.

Day 3: Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon & Glass Bridge + Golden Whip Stream (Breakfast included) | Accommodation: Zhangjiajie Downtown
After hotel breakfast, head to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a scenic area famous for its primitive valley scenery and sky-high thrill attractions. Experience the world-renowned Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, a transparent glass bridge stretching across the valley with a height of over 300 meters, offering stunning bird’s-eye views of green valleys, waterfalls and steep cliffs. Stroll along the valley’s wooden plank roads to enjoy fresh air, clear mountain streams and original ecological landscapes. In the afternoon, visit Golden Whip Stream, honored as “The Most Beautiful Valley in China”. The 7.5-kilometer stream is surrounded by bizarre peak forests and lush primeval forests, with crystal-clear running water, strange rock stones and diverse wild plants, presenting a peaceful and fairy-tale natural scenery. Check into a downtown Zhangjiajie hotel after the tour.

Day 4: Breakfast & High-speed Train Departure (Breakfast included)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the downtown hotel. The morning is free for you to rest, pack luggage or take casual walks around the city. Our professional driver will provide private door-to-door transfer to Zhangjiajie High-speed Railway Station on time.
